Individual Counselling
As a therapist, I provide individual counselling services to help individuals work through a variety of mental health concerns. In individual counselling, we work one-on-one to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
I use a client-centered approach that prioritizes your unique needs and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that takes into account your specific situation and concerns. Throughout the counselling process, I will use evidence-based techniques and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy or mindfulness-based therapy, to help you make positive changes in your life.
