Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is an experience that can feel overwhelming and confusing. Perhaps you are bothered by upsetting or unwanted thoughts that are difficult to put aside. It could be that things need to feel "just right" or that you experience a lot of doubt about your health, safety, or intentions. A frequent barrier to getting help for OCD is that it can often be misunderstood and misinterpreted, even in the medical community. This barrier only works to increase distress, confusion, and a sense of isolation.

Our treatment for OCD combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness to offer a proven and holistic approach to the disorder. We can support you in gradually decreasing compulsive behaviours, shifting the relationship with intrusive thoughts, and reclaiming the time and energy that OCD can steal from us.
